Hershey Acquires One Brands

The Hershey Co. will acquire nutrition bar maker One Brands for $397 million, reports Food Business News. Hershey intends to expand the existing One Brands products by “leveraging its core capabilities in sales and distribution, category management, and digital commerce.”
