Perdue Foods is launching a new line of chicken products that are blended with vegetables, reports Food Dive. The Chicken Plus line will consist of chicken nuggets, tenders, and patties that contain white meat chicken mixed with cauliflower, chickpeas, and plant protein.
In a press release, Perdue's Chief Marketing Officer Eric Christianson boasted this new product line will "provide an easy way to round out the meal and help parents put an end to the 'eat your vegetables' battle." Full Story
