Thou Mayest Coffee Roasters wants to create a coffee-style version of a restaurant group, reports Kansas City Business Journal. Thou Mayest isn't looking to create cookie-cutter coffee shops for all of its locations. Instead, it wants the shop's design to reflect the identity of the surrounding neighborhood.
The Kansas City-based coffee company wants to create experiental retail that not only provides a venue for the community to connect, but to set Thou Mayest apart from online retailers such as Amazon. One such example is Thou Mayest's Cafe Equinox concept, which opened in February inside the Family Tree Nursery in Shawnee and features a botanical vibe. Full Story
