Some craft brewing operations are turning their attention to coffee, with Boston-based Night Shift Brewing opening an on-site roastery and craft coffee bar, reports Forbes. Hoof Hearted Brewing, Two Brothers, and Modern Times Beer are other breweries who are expanding into the coffee sphere. Making coffee and brewing beer are somewhat similar processes, and Hoof Hearted's cofounder Trevor Williams worked at a Columbus-based micro roaster called Backroom Coffee Roasters before starting the brewing venture.
