David Chang will open his first Momofuku Noodle Bar in Los Angeles in 2019, reports Eater. This will be the fourth Noodle Bar globally, with the others in New York and one in Toronto. Most of the LA menu will come from the New York City original, but Chang notes that the location will have its own unique features. Noodle Bar's menu centers mainly around ramen, though its signature pork buns are arguably the restaurant's most famous dish.
The Momofuku brand got its start in New York, but Chang has recently expanded the empire to Los Angeles with the launch of Majordomo and the planned opening of Fuku in the city, according to the report. Full Story
