Warehouse club BJ’s shared last week that it will open two locations on December 15: one in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, and the other in Lewis Center, Ohio.
The Tennessee location will be the retailer’s second in Tennessee, soon after entering the state with a club in La Vergne earlier this year.
“BJ’s is committed to delivering unmatched value, outstanding convenience and great products, and we are thrilled to bring this experience to our members in the Mt. Juliet community,” said Brent Jacobs, club manager for the Mt. Juliet BJ’s, in a statement.
Both locations will offer a selection of fresh foods, produce, a full-service deli, fresh bakery, household essentials, home décor, various exclusive offerings, and local products. Curbside pickup, same-day grocery delivery, and ship-to-home options will all also be available upon opening.
To give back to the Mt. Juliet community, BJ’s partnered with Second Harvest Food Bank to Middle Tennessee to donate fresh foods. Additionally, the company’s philanthropic arm is supporting the Wilson County School District’s weekend food backpack program with a $15,000 donation.
"This holiday season, we are sharing our immense gratitude towards BJ's Wholesale Club as they play a crucial role in supporting families in our community," expressed Nancy Keil, president and CEO of Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, in a statement.
In Ohio, BJ’s is partnering with the Mid Ohio Food Collective to donate fresh foods to the local communities. Additionally, it is making a $15,000 grant to People in Need, Inc. to support its Holiday Clearing House program.
