Wegmans Food Markets has once again made Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For list at number three, along with Publix Super Markets (number 39) and Nugget Market (number 79).
Wegmans made the top five by connecting produce workers with the organic farms that supply the stores and a Q&A platform titled “Ask Bob” which features over 16,000 questions answered by Bob Farr, SVP of operations at Wegmans. One employee noted, “When management says they care, it actually shows in their actions.” Full List
