Barry Callebaut Launches Dairy-Free Chocolate Bar

Barry Callebaut has debuted M_lk Chocolate, a 100 percent dairy-free chocolate bar as part of its “Plant Craft” Indulgence range of products. The “Plant Craft” products include chocolate, cocoa, nuts, fillings, and decorations.

With that in mind, we aim to accompany the industry in this plant-based revolution,” said Pablo Perversi, chief innovation, sustainability and quality officer and head of gourmet at Barry Callebaut, in a statement.
