Creamy, crumbly, sharp, or mild, there is no shortage of cheese at the Winter Fancy Food Show. Here are some of the newest products set to debut at the show.
Forever Cheese Artisan Cheeses: Forever Cheese is introducing three new cheeses to its portfolio: BirbaBlu, a beer and malt soaked blue cheese from Piemonte, Italy; Cebreiro Santo AndrĆ©, a mushroom-shaped PDO cow’s milk cheese from Galicia, Spain; and Luna Llena, a washed-rind farmstead raw sheep’s milk cheese from Murcia, Spain. In addition, artisan producers from Italy and Portugal will join the importer at its booth.
Belletoile Creamy Slices: All natural, semi-soft Creamy Slices are crafted with the cheesemaking techniques of Belletoile’s well-known soft-ripened cheese, but without the aging or pressing of the curds, delivering a clean taste and creamy texture. Made with only three ingredients, including fresh cow’s milk delivered daily from neighboring dairies in France’s northeastern Lorraine region, the creamy cheese slices are sold in a 5.29-ounce resealable package allowing continued freshness once opened.
Vermont Creamery Goat Cheese Dips: Vermont Creamery is launching a new trio of Goat Cheese Dips, available in Classic, Red Pepper & Lemon, and Garlic & Herb flavors. The dips come in 5-ounce sustainable containers and are perfect for snacking at home or on the go.
BelGioioso Cheese Stracciatella Cups: BelGioioso is now offering the sweet, milky filling from inside BelGioioso Buratta in 8-ounce cups. These shreds of fresh mozzarella soaked in sweet cream are perfect for topping pizzas, pastas, and salads, or served as an appetizer with fresh bread and tomato slices. Made from fresh, local Wisconsin milk.
