Southeastern Mills, Inc. has acquired Utah-based JMH Premium, a manufacturer of flavor bases, demi-glace and gravies, marinades and sauces, dressings, dips, and more. The acquisition includes JMH’s facility, which provides dry blending, wet blending, and cooking processes.
