The Kraft Heinz Co. has launched a new product line featuring ancient grain ingredients, reports Food Business News. Amazing Grains’ portfolio includes Overnight Oats and Fusion Grains Bowls, which contain grains like oats, barley, red quinoa, and millet. Overnight Oats flavors include mocha almond, cranberry maple, and blueberry apple with probiotics. The Fusion Grains Bowls come in varieties like Chipotle, Ginger Teriyaki, and Lemon Herb.
Kraft Heinz is also testing Amazing Grains Mug Muffins in small markets. The muffins come in a microwaveable cup and contain 7 grams of protein. Full Story
