King Arthur is expanding a voluntary recall of its Unbleached All-Purpose Flour in five- and 25-pound bags. The flour was milled at an ADM Milling facility in Buffalo, NY, and distributed through retailers and distributor nationwide, as well as on King Arthur’s website, catalogue, and store in Norwich, VT.
This precautionary step is because of the potential presence of E. coli 026 which was discovered through sampling. To date, King Arthur has not received any confirmed reports of illnesses related to this product, which was produced prior to February 2019. List of Affected Products
