Dollar General will introduce a grocery pickup service for online orders, reports Progressive Grocer. According to the company’s CIO, Carman Wenkoff, the pilot will roll out in the next few months, though it is unknown how many locations will take part.
“We’ve always tried to be at the leading edge of value and convenience, and we hear our customers talking about [click and collect] a lot,” Wenkoff told The Wall Street Journal. Full Story
