Nestlé is reformulating the recipe for its Garden Gourmet Incredible Burger to be jucier and have more grilled beef flavor, reports Food Dive. The product was launched in Europe six months ago, but the reformulated product will be launched in the U.S. this fall, under the name “Awesome Burger.”
Nestlé also plans to release other plant-based meat products in Europe, like Garden Gourmet Incredible mince. It has already introduced vegetarian schnitzel, sausage and faux chicken nuggets into the U.S. market. Full Story
