TreeHouse Foods is selling its snacks division to Atlas Holdings, a private investment firm, for $90 million, reports Food Dive. The division, which employs 800 workers and operates three plants across the U.S., is one of the biggest manufacturers and distributors of private label healthy snacks in North America.
