Conagra has begun to use artificial intelligence to identify consumer preferences and create on-trend products, reports Food Dive. The AI platform pulls data from a variety of sources such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Google, and analyzes it to track trends and glean consumer insights.
Conagra has used this technology to launch its Healthy Choice grain-free bowls and Reddi-wip Nitro Creamer. Other companies like McCormick and Nestle are also attempting to incorporate more technology into their overall strategies. Full Story
