Godiva will open a cafe in Midtown Manhattan, April 18, bringing new chocolatey drinks, sandwiches, and croissant-waffle hybrid products, reports Eater New York. The cafe will differentiate itself from the company's other locations by offering a mix of sweet and savory items, including salads and drinks.
The ambitious plan calls for 10 more like-styled cafes in the Northeast by the end of 2019, with hopes of expanding the concept to hundreds of locations across the Americas. Executive chef Thierry Muret helped create the menu. Full Story
