Soylent Launches Snack Product

Rosa Foods, the makers of Soylent, have introduced Soylent Bridge, a lower-calorie, in-between meal. The plant-based product is positioned to fill "food voids", offering a more nutritious, plant-based alternative to traditional snacks that are full of sugar and empty calories, according to the company.

Joining the company's Ready-to-Drink and Powder lines, Soylent Bridge was developed in response to customers who wanted a lighter, lower-calorie option. Each 11-ounce bottle contains 15 grams of plant-based protein and 36 essential nutrients with just 180 calories and only 3 grams of sugar. Vegan and nut-free, Soylent Bridge has a year-long shelf life from manufacture and requires no refrigeration until opened.

The product launched in a chocolate flavor, and cases of 12 bottles can be purchased online exclusively.
