Phil Kafarakis, president of the Specialty Food Association, talks with SFA News Live host Phil Lempert about the Winter Fancy Food Show and state of the specialty food industry. Specifically, Kafarakis spoke about how the Specialty Food Association is growing and expanding its membership.
