SFA News Live: Brandi DeCarli, Farm From a Box

SFA News Live host Phil Lempert interviews Farm from a Box founding partner Brandi DeCarli at the 2019 Specialty Food Association's Winter Fancy Food Show where they discuss how her company is reinventing community farming. Farm from a Box is a deliverable infrastructure to help strengthen local food production by providing all of those core components needed to start an off-grid two-acre planted farm. DeCarli says, "We try to take the guesswork out of figuring out what technology and what components are needed. We kind of refer to it as the Swiss Army Knife of sustainable farming. We can actually configure the components that come in each one of these boxes."
