Stonewall Kitchen will open its first retail location on the West Coast, with a Stonewall Kitchen Cooking School and Cafe at the Macy's in Costa Mesa, Calif.
The Cafe will feature the same New England fare featured at its flagship York, Maine, location, such as the Lobster B.L.T. Sandwich, New England Clam Chowder, and the Haddock Sandwich with Downeast Tartar Sauce. The Cooking School will offer a variety of demonstration classes for lunch and dinner with chef instructors similar to those taught at the York location.
John Stiker, Stonewall Kitchen's CEO, notes, "We've been working hand-in-hand with Macy's since 2002, and today Stonewall Kitchen product is in more than 500 Macy's locations. The launch of our new Cooking School and Cafe inside their Costa Mesa location represents a logical and exciting evolution of our relationship."
