The suit argues the company's Root Beer and Orange Cream Soda are falsely advertised as being preservative-free because citric acid is an ingredient.
The suit states, "This labeling deceives consumers into believing that they are receiving healthier preservative-free soda even though these products cannot live up to these claims."
