Farm To People has partnered with Washington, D.C.-based From The Farmer to expand its delivery experience to New York City. The partnership will allow both companies to expand their offerings in an effort to stand out in the online food delivery space.
New York customers can browse nine different varieties of weekly farmer's market boxes for deliveries. From The Farmer's Build-a-Box interface allows customers to edit their boxes online according to their weekly needs and preferences, including vegetarian, vegan and paleo. They can change quantities, customize ingredients, and pause deliveries, and they can also customize the boxes with selections from the Farm to People marketplace, including artisan-crafted bread, pastured eggs, grass-fed butter, U.S.-harvested sea salt, and olive oils.
