Cannabis company Elev8 Brands Inc. purchased New York-based distributor YP Natural Inc., reports New York Business Journal. Elev8 is working to bottle its brand of iced tea infused with CBD, and also makes CBD Iced Coffee. YP distributes natural brands including Mondelez-owned Tate's Bake Shop, Mary's Gone Crackers, Hippeas, and Teapigs Tea.
The news comes five months after Elev8 bought L&P Cold Brew from Blessed Bean Coffee. The deal allowed Elev8 to enter the ready-to-drink coffee market. Full Story
