The Specialty Food Association will offer the following education sessions at the Winter Fancy Food Show, taking place in Las Vegas, February 6-8. The Basics is a one-day course covering all areas of specialty food. Maker Pass sessions are short, daily sessions created for specialty food makers on a number of targeted topics. Pre-registration is required.
