The IACP is hosting a virtual Spring Cooking Festival on April 16. The event will feature classes that hop around the globe from Mexico City to Japan, Australia, and West Africa.
Speakers include IACP-award-winning cookbook author Sonoko Sakai, Pierre Thiam, Norma Listman, Saqib Keval, and Donna Hay.
In addition, $5 from each ticket sold will go towards supporting World Central Kitchen, which uses the power of food to nourish communities and strengthen economies through times of crisis and beyond.
