The International Association of Culinary Professionals is hosting is 42nd annual conference virtually on October 21 through 28. The eight day event includes panels, hands-on workshops, cooking classes, and featured speakers like Ruth Reichl, Grace Young, Tejal Rao, Pati Jinich, and Kat Kinsman.
The 42nd IACP Awards, which celebrate the best in cookbooks, food writing, digital media, food photography, and styling in the culinary industry, will also be presented during the conference.
