Specialty Food Live!, the Specialty Food Association’s virtual marketplace event, took place last week with hundreds of buyers exploring thousands of specialty food products in SFA’s member makers’ virtual booths.
Virtual tastings and educational sessions took place during the event that was originally slated for four days, but extended to five at the request of participants. Topics included Datassential Experts Map Innovation to Culinary Trends, Consumers Treat Food as Medicine During the Pandemic, and Specialty Food Innovators Share Big Ideas for Social Change.
