Stroopwafel maker Rip Van has launched an e-commerce platform for its wholesale customers. Now, businesses can order directly from Rip Van’s site, which offers competitive pricing, low order minimums, free shipping, and automatic subscription capabilities.
As Rip Van continues to grow its footprint nationally, it strives to remove the friction from the typical ordering process, according to the food maker. “As a small business, especially during this time, every minute counts,” said Rip Van’s co-founder Rip Pruisken, in a statement. “With Rip Van Wholesale, we’re excited to offer cutting edge software that lets our partners purchase the way they want, when they want, in just minutes.”
In addition, Savencia Cheese USA has launched CheeseLoverShop.com, which allows customers to shop from an array of imported and domestic cheeses. The site will also feature brief educational videos hosted by Chef Greg Gable to teach customers how to pair, enjoy, serve, and store specialty cheeses.
We are deeply excited to launch this platform and enable consumers to access fine cheeses from home," said Mikhail Chapnik, VP of marketing, Savencia Cheese USA, in a statement. "The Cheese Lover Shop gives customers more premium and hard-to-find options in one place — and lets them order safely from home. We aim to become the ultimate resource for specialty cheese products and education."
There are currently 30 different cheese offerings on the site, with plans to expand to charcuterie, crackers, and other cheese plate offerings.
