Traina Foods has hired Brent Bradley as its new vice president of global operation. Bradley comes to the company with more than 25 years of experience in the industry. Previously, he served as vice president of sales and marketing for Graceland Fruit Inc. for 13 years. In his new role at Traina Foods, Bradley plans to initiate the same expansion and foster long-term relationships to build the brand over time.
“Joining Traina Foods is a major career jump for me, and one that I made with great excitement,” Bradley said. “We’re witnessing consumers around the world change how they eat, and become more mindful of the foods they purchase, and I believe Traina Foods is on the forefront of these significant trends.”
Kroger has appointed Stuart W. Aitken as senior vice president and chief merchant after the announcement that Joe Grieshaber, who currently holds the role, is retiring after more than 37 years of service. Aitken, currently senior vice president of alternative business and CEO of 84.51˚, will succeed Grieshaber, effective August 1.

Spirit Hub, a private e-commerce craft spirits company, has hired CPG veteran Jennifer Carr-Smith, previously CEO of Peapod, as a non-executive advisor to strategic partnerships, market growth, and expansion. In her new role, Carr-Smith will advance Spirit Hub’s global expansion strategy by overseeing the development and implementation of strategic partnerships within the retail and grocery space as well as facilitate customer acquisition programs that accelerate market growth.
