Chocolate maker Valrhona is supporting small independent businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic by launching an interactive CakeWalk Map that helps consumers identify local, independent restaurants, bakeries, chocolatiers, pastry shops, and other culinary makers that are still operating using safe practices such as social distancing.
The company’s goal is to connect these establishments with new consumers for Mother’s Day to further drive sales. Interested companies can register to be added to map, share the link with their community of pastry chefs, chocolatiers, and local artisans, and share the map with to help get the word out.
