GrubHub, DoorDash, Postmates, and Uber Eats have been sued for imposing fees through higher menu prices during the coronavirus pandemic and even before, reports Reuters. Three consumers claimed in a class action suit filed in Manhattan federal court that the delivery services violated the U.S. antitrust law by requiring that the restaurants charge customers the same price, while the services impose fees of 10 to 40 percent to process the orders.

According to the report, Grubhub declined to comment, and DoorDash and Postmates did not immediately respond to requests for comments. Full Story
