Presto is making its self-service kiosk product “absolutely free” to restaurants, reports The Spoon. The kiosk is a standalone device that guests can use to browse, order, and pay for items off a restaurant’s menu. The software integrates with a restaurant’s main POS system and enables customers to pay without needing to interact with restaurant staff.
Presto told The Spoon that it is waiving the integration and deployment costs of the kiosk, which restaurants can use “without any contractual obligations.” The devices can be up and running in a matter of days, according to the report. Full Story
