The board of directors of TreeHouse Foods, Inc. has elected William J. Kelley Jr. as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Kelley has been serving as interim CFO since November 2019. He joined TreeHouse in 2016 as corporate controller and was then promoted to senior vice president, corporate and operations finance in 2018.
"Bill is a wonderful asset to our organization, and I'm very happy to congratulate him on this appointment," said Steve Oakland, CEO and president of TreeHouse Foods, in a statement. "Having worked more closely with Bill over the last few months, his passion for our business and his collaborative approach with the organization are apparent. I'm convinced that my partnership with him, coupled with his thought leadership and experience, are the right fit to continue driving TreeHouse forward."
Kalsec, a global producer of high quality flavor and color solutions for the food and beverage industry, has promoted three employees to senior leadership positions. Aaron Wheadon has been promoted to senior vice president of sales, Americas; Joanne Martz has been promoted to vice president of corporate development and hops business unit; and Scott Hunger has been promoted to vice president of strategic finance and capital investment.

Welch’s has appointed Chris Caswell as chief financial officer. Caswell had been serving as the interim chief financial officer since September 2019.
"Chris has become an integral part of our leadership team," said Welch's CEO Trevor Bynum, in a statement. "He brings a depth of financial experience and a track record of leading meaningful business improvements."
Carl Mittleman has been named Aramark’s chief operating officer, international. Mittleman has been with Aramark for 25 years and most recently served as president of sports & entertainment. He succeeds Brent Franks, who is leaving the company after a successful seven year tenure.
“Carl has a history of building strong and enduring partnerships with clients and developing a leadership team that has led the business to a position of prominence in the industry,” said John Zillmer, Aramark chief executive officer, in a statement. “I am confident that under Carl’s leadership, the International business will create additional opportunities to drive strong performance with a focus on innovation and hospitality.”
