Kellogg to Phase Out Glyphosate in Supply Chains

Kellogg is working to phase out using glyphosate as a pre-harvest drying agent in its wheat and oat supply chains in major markets by the end of 2025, according to a post on the company’s Open for Breakfast website. In addition, Kellogg is working with farmers through its Kellogg’s Origins program to expand and invest in programs that focus on conservation practices and integrated pest management, which can reduce the need for chemical plant protection.

“It is important to note that all of Kellogg’s finished foods meet regulatory requirements,” the post reads. “We continue to actively monitor the science, regulations, and consumer preferences on this topic.”
