Utz Quality Foods has completed the merger with Kitchen Cooked Inc, which includes the Kitchen Cooked snack food brand, direct store delivery, and manufacturing operations. The Kitchen Cooked snack food brands include Kettle Kurls, Kettle Pops, popcorn, pretzels, and more.
