Conagra Brands has completed the sale of its Lender’s Bagel business to Bimbo Bakeries USA, which includes the Lender’s brand, related intellectual property, and a production facility in Mattoon, Ill.
Bimbo Bakeries is a subsidiary of Grupo Bimbo S.A.B. de C.V., a Mexican multinational bakery product manufacturing company headquartered in Mexico City.
