The Jelly Belly Candy Co. is acquiring some of the assets of Gimbal Brothers, LLC, reports Food Business News. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Gimball Brothers is part of Bettera Brands, a holding company formed by private equity firm Highlander Partners.
