Fermented foods, avocados, ancient grains, and beets are among the top superfoods that registered dietician nutritionists predict consumers will be seeking in 2020, according to the annual Pollock Communications and Today’s Dietition “What’s Trending in Nutrition” survey. The survey also reveals that convenience, health, cost, and taste will be among the top purchase drivers for 2020.
