Ferrero has opened a new distribution center in Jonestown, Penn. to support the company’s “rapid organic growth.” The facility adds capacity for Ferrero North America to distribute brands such as Baby Ruth, Butterfinger, and Crunch, which the company bought from Nestlé last year.
The 730,000-square-foot facility will create 75 new jobs this year and an additional 150 by the end of 2020. It will be managed by DHL Supply chain and, over time, will distribute other Ferrero brands.
