Blu1877, the venture arm of Barilla, has launched Good Food Makers, an eight-week accelerator program for startups with sustainable food products and processes, reports The Spoon. The program is being run in collaboration with San Mateo, Calif.-based food incubator KitchenTown.
Startups chosen for the program will meet with Barilla to identify challenges in their area of focus, then set goals to achieve throughout the eight-week process. The program will focus on three areas: the circular food economy, personalized meal solutions, and healthy snacks. Full Story
