Starbucks has invested in Brightloom, a restaurant technology company that creates end-to-end digital customer experience platforms for the food service industry, reports Food Business News. Brightloom will combine its existing technology with Starbucks’ digital flywheel to help Starbucks improve its mobile ordering and payment options.
