The USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service has announced that US Foods is recalling more than 700 pounds of raw beef and pork is being recalled due to blood contamination, reports Delish. The products in question were packaged on July 18, 2019 and shipped to restaurants in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, and Tennessee.

The issue was discovered after an employee told supervisors he may have cut himself during meat production. Full Story
