Beyond Meat Developing Bacon, Steak Alternatives

Beyond Meat is working on plant-based bacon and steak products, reports CNN. CEO Ethan Brown told CNN that the products are "important as we build out the portfolio," he said, adding that the items are still in development.

Brown didn’t say when the products would be introduced to the market, noting that the company’s researchers would need a “surprise breakthrough” to launch in the near future. Full Story
