Whole Foods Market has voluntarily recalled made-in-house basil pesto and sundried tomato pesto due to undeclared milk and tree nuts, specifically walnuts and pine nuts. The products were sold at the company's stores in the north Atlantic region.
The products were available in individual clear plastic containers and on antipasti bars with sell-by dates from June 7-26, 2019. They were sold between May 17-June 4, 2019 at 41 Whole Foods Market stores in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. One allergic reaction was reported.
