Impossible Foods is having difficulty keeping up with demand from foodservice partners like White Castle and Red Robin, reports Bloomberg. Shortages have been reported by dozens of both restaurant locations across the U.S.
This shortage comes on the heels of the arrival of the Impossible Whopper at Burger King locations in St. Louis, Mo., Miami, and Columbus, Ga., but Rachel Konrad, spokeswoman for closely held Impossible Foods, told Bloomberg that the gap between supply and demand “has nothing to do with Burger King.” Full Story
