Intentional Adulteration: Training for Your Front Line Workers

The Food Safety Modernization Act requires all workers who come into contact with food to know about intentional adulteration, which are acts intended to cause wide-scale harm to public health, and could include acts of terrorism.  In addition, each covered facility is required to prepare and implement a food defense plan. This written plan must identify vulnerabilities and actionable process steps, mitigation strategies, and procedures for food defense monitoring, corrective actions and verification.

In this webinar, Ron Tanner, VP of Philanthropy, Government, and Industry Relations at the Specialty Food Association, and Marsha Echols, SFA DC Counsel, share what you must do and how you can train your workers to comply with this important safety rule.
