Philadelphia native Questlove is launching a meatless cheesesteak sub at 40 Live Nation concert venues and Citizens Bank Park, home of the Phillies, reports Food & Wine. The Questlove cheesesteak will use Impossible Meat 2.0 instead of beef, and it will include a melted cheese blend, onions, peppers, and an amoroso roll.
Questlove says in an Instagram post, "We developed (and perfected!) a recipe using Impossible plant-based meat that we hope will offer a delicious and sustainable alternative for all cheesesteak eaters." The sub will be available at all Phillies home games and concerts at the ballpark starting March 28. The Questlove cheesesteak will roll out at the other Live nation venues this summer and more locations will be added. Full Story
