Unilever has acquired the holding company of Graze, a U.K.-based healthy snacking brand. Starting as a snack box delivery service, Graze is now a multichannel brand providing a range of snacking nuts, seeds, trail mixes, and snack bars via retail stores, e-commerce, and direct to consumer.
Graze is expected to accelerate Unilever’s presence in the fast-growing healthy snacking and out of home markets. "We look forward to working with the Graze team to grow the business, leveraging their tech and e-commerce expertise for our wider portfolio, and offering more consumers the opportunity to snack in a healthier way," says Nitin Paranjpe, president of Unilever’s Food & Refreshment business.
