Target will expand the test of its loyalty program to Charlotte, Denver, Indianapolis, Kansas City, and Phoenix. The program, called Target Circle, includes customized rewards based on shopping behavior and 1 percent back on each purchase.
Loyalty reward members will also save 50 percent off a first-year membership on same-day delivery with Shipt, and receive free next-day delivery on essentials with Restock. "We're building deeper relationships with guests and serving up the most personalized way to shop Target yet, all while encouraging everyone to choose Target again and again," says Rick Gomez, EVP, CMO and chief digital officer.
